Good, seen to straight away following heat attack. Received great care, before transfer to St Barts. To improve staffing levels the guys work very hard!

Great care, I felt like the doctors and nurses were talking to me direct which I felt was good. Happy with the service.

Hospital very clean and tidy. Nursing staff wonderful. Care and treatment so good. Food and catering staff also very good. Maybe dinners could have a bit more added in choice over the week.
Thanks to all staff for looking after me so well.
Only one improvement, information given by doctors to be updated sooner, so nursing staff are able to give you the right information when asked but maybe time they have does not allow for this.

The nursing team were excellent and very caring and went that extra mile for both patient and family.
There aren't enough of them.
Consultants could be more mindful of the role of the next of kin-communication is often medical based and lacking the emotional connection. There are late to prepare for what is coming up.
The main consultant was an exception.

My treatment was very good and I was happy with everything.
Things were done on time and my operation went well it was all good.
